Join Art Mamma and create your own healing Mandala or to create a Mandala to just feel good. Mandalas are a traditional modality to express an individual’s feelings. They make the unfamiliar familiar for you to see. Collage materials are preferred but not necessary. Make big or small Mandalas with the intention of expressing yourself freely without thinking about an end product, just enjoying the process of creating.
